Dirty Martini: 4 ounces of gin or vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth w/ a tsp. of olive juice, garnish with an olive. The dirtier you like it, just add more Olive Juice.
Raspberry Martini: 2 Oz Absolut Raspberry Vodka, ½ to 1 Oz Cointreau or Grand Mariner (for a stronger flavor), Splash of Roses Lime Juice or Squeeze of fresh lime juice; Shake vigorously; When I know I’m going to make these I buy fresh raspberries and put them on fancy toothpicks…3 or 4 to a pick. Run toothpick skewer under water and then roll in sugar and put in freezer. I use these as a garnish along with a thin twist of lime hooked to the glass.
Boston Cream Pie Martini: 1/2 ounce Absolut Vanilla Vodka, 1/2 ounce Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, 1/2 ounce Baileys; Shake over ice and serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Susan's Martini: 6 parts pepper Vodka (Absolut Peppar works nice), 1 dash dry vermouth, 1 part olive juice, several drops Tabasco sauce, jalapeño-stuffed olive; Combine liquids in shaker with chipped ice and shake well. Strain into chilled glass and add olive. *NOT FOR THE WEAK OF HEART!
Incredible Peach Martini: 1 ½ oz Stoli Peach, 1 ½ oz Peach Schnapps, ½ oz Apple Pucker, ½ oz orange juice, Splash of red cranberry juice.
Another Peach Martini: 3 oz. Apeach Vodka, 1 oz. Peachtree Schnapps, 2 oz. Orange Juice, 1/2 Grenadine. Shake the first three ingredients and strain into glass. Sink the grenadine and the gently stir it up to give the drink a peach color, look, and taste.
Caribbean Coffee Martini: 2oz Pearl Coconut vodka, 1oz Starbucks liqueur, 1oz Godiva white; GARNISH- shaved coconut.
Wild Ozone Martini: 4 parts Skyy Vodka (Fris preferred) and 1 part Blue Caracao. Shake & pour. Add a squeeze of lemon. For added effect, garnish with 1 long, thin orange peel rolled into spiral. Place in the middle, and stir, causing the spiraled garnish to spin like a hurricane. Serve while spinning.
Mexican Martini: Mix 2 oz Tequila (Author's choice is Heurra Dure Silver), 1 oz Cointreau, 1-2 oz Sprite, 1oz Orange Juice, and half a squeezed lime; shake all ingredients and strain into glass rimmed with salt; add stuffed olives.
Key Lime Pie Martini: There are three --
1. Mix 2 oz Malibu rum, 2 oz Stoli Vanilla, Splash of lime juice; GARNISH- egg whites with lime zest/twist
2. Mix 3 parts Stoli Vanilla, 1 part Rose's Lime Juice, and a splash of Triple Sec. Rim glass with crushed graham cracker. Yummy!
3. 2parts Grey Goose vodka, 1 part limeade concentrate, 1part half and half, Combine in a shaker over ice. Strain into a graham cracker rimmed martini glass. DELISH!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Martini: Add 2oz Smirnoff Vodka (100 Proof), 2oz Just Dessert's Chocolate Chip Cookie Liqueur, and 1oz Milk into a shaker on ice. After shaken, pour into a frozen martini glass that has been drizzled with chocolate syrup. --Recipe compliments of Stacey Murray.
Chocolate Martini: Freeze the martini glass, and drizzle chocolate syrup or liqueur around the inside of the glass. Mix 3 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur (white or dark), Ice cubes. Combine vodka and chocolate liqueur in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir. Strain into your previously prepared Martini glass and garnish with a chocolate curl. Makes 1 serving.
Apple Martini: 1 1/2 ounces of Tanqueray Gin, 1 1/2 ounces of sour Apple Schnapps, splash of soda, splash of sweet & sour, green apple slice. In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine Tanqueray Gin, schnapps, soda, and sweet & sour. Stir well, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the apple slice.
Classic Martini: 2 ounces of London dry gin, 1 ounce of French vermouth, and 1 dash of orange bitters, garnish with lemon peel or olive.
Dry Martini: 4 ounces of gin or vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth, garnish with a lemon twist or olive. An onion makes the drink a Gibson.
Sweet Martini: 1 1/2 ounces of dry gin, 3/4 ounce of sweet vermouth, garnish with lemon peel or olive.
Martini World Cosmo: 1 part vodka, 2 parts cranberry juice, a capful of Triple Sec, a splash of ginger ale. Shake & pour with a twist.
The Vesper or "007": (James Bond, Agent 007's DEADLY cocktail) Martini he named after a beautiful double agent he loved. ORIGINAL: 3 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of vodka, 1/2 ounce blond Lillet. Garnish with lemon peel & keep your eyes peeled for enemy agents! Now, this recipe later changed to VODKA, no gin at the urging of sponsor "Smirnoff".

Cajun Martini: Pour a fifth of your favorite gin or vodka into a large jug, jar, or bottle. Add 2 or 3 fresh jalapeno peppers (sliced, seeded, and deveined), and a single red chili pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 days. Shake with ice and vermouth in a 5 to 1 ratio. Garnish? More chilis?
